Chad S. Roberts founded eDiscovery CoCounsel, pllc in 2013 after a successful twenty-year career representing consumers in complex litigation. Continuously AV rated since 1996, he holds an Engineering Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated with high honors from Florida State University College of Law. He has been a litigation partner at both a large, multi-national law firm (Holland & Knight, LLP) as well as a small boutique trial firm (Spohrer & Dodd, LLP) and has won multi-million dollar verdicts as lead trial counsel. At eDiscovery CoCounsel, pllc he focuses on discovery motion practice in State and Federal Courts, Information Governance, Analytics, and Information Retrieval technology. He is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA). |
Jason Short knows exactly how to connect front-line trial lawyers to the most important facts buried in their large evidence collections. Jason brings a depth of complex commercial litigation experience and private sector business practice to EDCC’s evidence management team. A veteran of the financial services sector prior to his law career, Jason has extensive first-chair trial experience in consumer transactions and consumer rights litigation. He brings this insight to EDCC’s document-intensive evidence management projects, and is a veteran of both large and small scale evidence management workflows.
A graduate of California Western School of Law, Jason is proficient in state-of-the-art evidence search and review platforms, and is admitted to practice in California, Florida, and Washington. Jason is certified in the Reveal evidence management platform as a Reveal Reviewer, Reveal AI Basics, AI Modeling Framework, and Brainspace Analyst, earning him the designation of Reveal Scholar. |
Renee Belcastro is a dedicated, driven eDiscovery attorney focusing on in-depth document review and evidence management for the firm's Legal Project Management practice. A graduate, magna cum laude, of California Western School of Law, Renee offers extensive experience in the areas of business, real property, military, constitutional and contract law.
Her wide exposure to diverse practice areas provides Renee with the unique ability to effectively communicate with all trial lawyers and efficiently digest and process their evidence needs. Renee is comfortable utilizing a variety of state-of-the-art search and review platforms to drive an efficient and reliable review process. She is admitted to practice law in the State of California. Sara Moskowitz graduated from Lafayette College with a degree in History in 1994, and from the Washington College of Law, American University, in 2002. She is licensed to practice law in Washington DC. She made the leap to e-Discovery and Legal Project Management in 2022, after fifteen years of litigating, arbitrating, and mediating matters in large law firms and on behalf of government agencies. Her expertise from those experiences provides a solid platform for her to effectively guide clients through all elements of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model™.
Sara offers practiced skill in developing Case Management Orders, with specific focus on ESI protocols, protective and claw-back language, as well as developing valuable privilege logging practices. She seamlessly supervises large-scale review projects and successfully designs deadline-driven production review workflows. She is effective with managing enterprise level information source surveys and custodial interviews for collections from social media, mobile devices, O365, and proprietary databases, providing clients with peace of mind navigating the complicated world of forensics. She is certified in the Reveal evidence management platform as a Certified Reviewer and Reveal AI. |
